Measuring sustainability performance across our manufacturing sites

Responsible manufacturing practices complement our responsible sourcing efforts. Our manufacturing sites use a sustainability scorecard to measure sustainability performance, identify improvement opportunities and track progress toward sustainability objectives and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The scorecard helps monitor site-level environmental, social and safety performance while driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing network.

The scorecard includes approximately 40 performance indicators covering areas such as waste generation, energy consumption, diversity and inclusion, employee well-being and safety performance. Annual reviews help us identify and share best practices and accelerate positive impact across our operations.
