UPM’s graphic self-adhesive sheet range addresses both major print processes. Offset sheets

Engineered for high-quality results across a wide range of materials, adhesives, sizes, and packaging options. Offset sheets run smoothly through conventional printing presses and lay flat without edge curl in storage. Best suited to volume production runs where material consistency and broad substrate choice are the priority. Available across UPM Raflatac, Mastertac, and GlobalTAC.

Digital sheets

Designed for high-quality, customisable labels that accommodate variable information in short runs. Digital sheets are available in sizes common to most digital printing presses. UPM supplies tray-boxes specifically designed for ease of use and safe storage of digital sheet stock, reducing handling damage and maintaining sheet condition at press.

Sheet construction

All UPM graphic self-adhesive sheets comprise a face material, an adhesive, and a liner. Each component is selected and combined to ensure the finished sheet runs smoothly through printing and converting machines and lays flat without curling at the edges — consistently, across production runs and storage conditions.

RAFNXT+ for sheets

UPM Raflatac RAFNXT+ is a range of label materials with a reduced carbon footprint, achieved through a combination of more sustainable raw material sourcing and manufacturing process improvements. RAFNXT+ is available within the graphic self-adhesive sheets range for customers targeting lower-carbon material choices.

PTS-verified recycling compatible

UPM Raflatac adhesives for the Sheets range have been independently verified as recycling compatible by PTS — a recognised European testing and certification institute for paper and packaging. The verification covers the adhesive’s compatibility with conventional paper recycling streams.
